I would like to see a way to set up

I would like to see a way to set up a connection to my webcam. When I click on the camera option, I only see choices for 2 Google Cameras, which I have no idea what they are.

You need to make sure that your Webcam is installed properly in your computer, Once it is installed properly then it should up in the list of Video Sources , where you can select your Web Cam to see live Video from camera

If you have your WebCam properly setup in your Windows then it should also appear in the Video Source Choices, so please make sure that your Web Cam is properly installed on yoru computer
